01Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account data — name, business name, email address, phone number and password when you register.
• Payment data — billing address and payment method details, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications — anything you send us via email, support tickets or the contact form.
• Voice and call data — recordings, transcripts and metadata of calls handled by Levrage agents on your behalf, where you have configured us to process them.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, clicks, session duration and error logs.
• Device and network data — IP address, browser type, operating system and referrer URL.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 7 below.

02How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate and improve the Levrage platform and its AI voice agents.
• Process transactions and send related notices (receipts, renewal reminders).
• Respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
• Monitor platform health, detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Send product updates, feature announcements and marketing communications — you can opt out at any time.
• Train and improve our AI models using aggregated and anonymised data.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

03How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — trusted third parties who process data on our behalf (cloud infrastructure, telephony, payment processors, analytics). They are contractually bound to handle data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
• Business transfers — if Levrage is acquired, merged or its assets are transferred, your information may be part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• Legal requirements — when disclosure is required by law, regulation or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Levrage, our users or the public.

04Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the period specified in your plan, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 6). We may retain certain information for longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

05Security

We use industry-standard measures — TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls and regular security reviews — to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@levrage.ai.

06Your rights and choices

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Marketing opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in those emails or by contacting us.

07Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (including theme), and understand how our platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

• Strictly necessary — session and authentication cookies required for the platform to function.
• Functional — preference cookies (e.g. theme, language).
• Analytics — aggregated usage data to understand how features are used. No personal profiles are built.

08Third-party links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to Levrage. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.

09Children's privacy

Levrage is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform before the change takes effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
